Subject: Allow setting for hanging comment indent to be different from indent column
I want my indent column (-i) to be 4 spaces, but I want the hanging comments to start 2 spaces after code, not 4.

Note: I never understood what this meant. Should "hanging comments" have been "side comments"? The default spacing to side comments is indeed 4, but can be changed with the -msc=n flag.
