The HardCoded bug tracker URI in META.json :

 http://rt.cpan.org/NoAuth/Bugs.html?Dist=Moose

Is broken for people who are logged in to RT.

Worse, for people who are not logged in to RT, it is also broken for them, albeit requiring them to log in first to discover the link is broken.

On the other hand works just fine in both cases.

EWORKSFORME -- it redirects to https://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html?Name=Moose However, we can get some clarification from the RT folks as to what URIs should and shouldn't be expected to work.

I'm an RT folk from a past life: https://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html?Name=Moose is the best URL for a the RT queue.
