Hi,
when used in conjunction with realign=1, show_mismatch sometimes draws the entire feature grey even if it only partly has mismatches. Here is the config excerpt:
[Evidences_EST:1]
label = 1
box_subparts = 2
draw_target = 1
show_mismatch = 1
realign = 1
true_target = 1
