Tokuhiro and I've been recently working on an (unreleased) project
Minilla that provide a minimalistic replacement for Dist::Zilla.
We noticed that package Minilla has been taken on PAUSE because of the
example file Minilla.pm included in your Mozilla-DOM distribution.

I assume this is just an example and you don't intend to reserve the
namespace for it. It's a pity PAUSE doesn't exclude 'examples'
directory from indexing by default.
Since Minilla is such a great name to represent our project, it would
be incredibly nice if you delegate the namespace to us by signing into
PAUSE and give the primary maintainership of the namespace to
TOKUHIROM.
