hi,
I read the blog post 'http://blog.bestpractical.com/2013/03/scheduled-ticket-creation-in-rt.html'.
Something I did not see from the blogpost, wether or not the subject of the recurring tickets
can differ. Basically what we need is something like
'Foobar 03/2013' (and ticket is created via recurring tickets on 1st of March)
'Foobar 04/2013' (and ticket is created via recurring tickets on 1st of April)
Which is basically a subject that can be filled with variabled depending on the recurrance.
is this currently possible or a wishlist item?
