Subject: t/002-encoding.t depends on moose
My automated build system uses META.* contents to construct a dependency graph which determins the order distributions are built. Because moose is not listed: t/000-load.t .......... ok t/001-subclass_cmd.t .. ok t/002-encoding.t ...... Can't locate Moose.pm in @INC This is the first time I've built App::Nopaste (0.91) perl 5-16-3 on RHEL5

Seems this has been fixed in 0.92 but the RT is still open. It can be closed now!!
