Subject: Fails when Scalar::Does 0.102 is installed

Thanks. I think I need to figure out how to suppress Module::Install's bundling of Scalar::Util. (And utf8.pm and unicore::Name for that matter.)

OK, it was my own Module::Install::TrustMetaYml that was causing Module::Install to bundle Scalar::Util, so I've released an update to that. I'll rebuild JSON::T with the newer Module::Install::TrustMetaYml.
