Subject: Alien::mpg123 has missing dependencies
Hi, Installing Alien::mpg123 from CPAN fails at configuration when Alien::Base::ModuleBuild is not present on the system. From use lib qw{inc} I suspect you forgot to bundle it for the CPAN release?
