Subject: Turning off no_ending() breaks no_plan.
Printing out the no_plan header happens as part of ending. It should be conditional not on no_ending but no_header. Be sure the ending is still not printed by a child process.

On second thought, this makes it impossible to print out a fragment of a test using no_plan. I'm inclined to leave it as is for the moment.
