Hi,
The RequestTokenResponse message should support an optionnal
'oauth_callback_confirmed' parameter (e.g. see
http://oauth.net/core/1.0a/#anchor43 for an example).
There is currently no way to specify this parameter as it is rejected in
the extra_params hash because it starts with 'oauth_'.
Could you add this parameter for the object ?
However, if you're not willing anymore to maintain this distribution, I
could be interested by fixing some of the open bug.
