Subject: new version of Path::Class required for tests to pass
I encountered this test failure on a linux box with older modules: https://gist.github.com/wchristian/d893fd9980dd6039eb50 I fixed it by installing the latest Path::Class, so i suggest bumping that dependency to 0.31.

As discussed on IRC, I think the change was fixed on 0.24, so I updated the Makefile.PL on my local repo, but I'll hold off on a release for a little bit longer.
