No $VERSION in lib/Novel/Robots.pm prevents indexing on CPAN

In ABBYPAN/Novel-Robot-0.07.tar.gz there was a $VERSION=0.05: https://metacpan.org/source/ABBYPAN/Novel-Robot-0.07/lib/Novel/Robot.pm#L118 Up to 0.15 there is no $VERSION anymore. Please reintroduce the version number so that the CPAN ecosystem can continue to work with Novel::Robot. Thanks, PS: PAUSE has sent you reports about the failing indexing.
