Subject: Re-enable QuickSearch prefs, limited to watched queues
QuickSearch preferences are disabled but a handful still exist in the database. This leaves said handful of users with no way to re-enable the queues they deselected way back in 2006. Clearing the prefs may be undesirable and a surprise, however. Ideally we'd fix up the quick search prefs UI to only show watched queues, which would make it manageable again.
