Subject: Add =for/=begin stopwords support
Pod::Spell supports adding stopwords on a per-file basis with =for stopwords and =begin stopwords sections in the POD. This would be useful to add, so that stopwords can be specified on a per-file basic rather than putting them in a global dictionary file.
