Hi,
when I use map2slim from go-perl-0.14 to map an existing GAF2 file to
slim using the latest plant_slim, some terms are sometimes annotated
with the wrong aspect e.g.
GO:0016787 F
GO:0016787 P
Is this a bug or is there a relationship that would explain this behavior?
