I was curious enough to look in the makefile the PREREQ_PM section includes those but a build with cpanm gave this output: []nadim@naquadim:/devel/tests/pbl $ cpanm Test::Simpler --> Working on Test::Simpler Fetching http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/D/DC/DCONWAY/Test-Simpler-0.000004.tar.gz ... OK Configuring Test-Simpler-0.000004 ... OK Building and testing Test-Simpler-0.000004 ... FAIL ! Installing Test::Simpler failed. See /home/nadim/.cpanm/build.log for details. $> cpanm PPI Data::Dump Test::Simpler succeeds with the install thus this _may_ be a problem with the installer and not with the module dependency list.

Thanks for the report. The prereqs were in the Makefile.PL, but not in Build.PL. :-( I've added them to the latter, and I expect that cpanm will install correctly now. Much appreciated, Damian
