Subject: Test-Most won't install without Module::Build at 0.4, but it's not listed in the prereqs
Using stock perl 5.16.2 (Module::Build 0.39_01), "perl Build.PL" doesn't complain about the Module::Build level, but "./Build" does complain. I believe this is due to something in your META.yaml or something similar. (This could also be construed as a bug in Module::Build)

I find this odd because Test::Most does not provide a Build.PL and doesn't attempt to support Module::Build. Best, Ovid
