Hello,
we are running RT 4.0.7-2~bpo60+1 on debian 6.0.6 and installed
RTx-WorkflowBuilder-1.02 manually.
While it works fine creating approval workflows when creating a new
ticket in the right queue, we would appreciate if it would also trigger
the same workflow when an existing ticket (e.g. from helpdesk queue)
move to an approval (e.g. change request) queue.
