Patch which fixes two problems in the documentation of
lib/Catalyst/Manual.pm
1. Additional newline in NAME section was causing podchecker to fail with:
*** WARNING: Verbatim paragraph in NAME section at line 15 in file Manual.pm
Fix: Remove additional newline.
2. Non-ASCII character in book title was causing POD error on metacpan.org:
