Subject: Time::Seconds has no $VERSION
I would like to see all modules distributed with the Perl core have a $VERSION number defined. This makes it easy for downstream code to depend on specific versions of a module. Please add a $VERSION (ideally equal to $Time::Piece::VERSION).
