Inconsistency in prereq detection

This kwalitee report seems confused about whether Moose is or isn't properly listed as a prereq for MooseX::Getopt: - http://cpants.cpanauthors.org/dist/MooseX-Getopt/metadata shows Moose in the 'requires' list (which is correct - see https://metacpan.org/source/ETHER/MooseX-Getopt-0.54/META.yml) - http://cpants.cpanauthors.org/dist/MooseX-Getopt/prereq says it's not listed but that it should be - http://cpants.cpanauthors.org/dist/MooseX-Getopt/errors also says that it's not listed but it that it should be This results in an invalid failure of the "missing_build_prereqs" test.
