Subject: 'master' (root) namespace not appropriate for this module
You should upload your packages to PAUSE as Your-Module-Name.tar.gz, not master.tar.gz. Because of this, your package shows up simply as 'master' which doesn't tell anyone what your module does. In most cases your distribution can be generated automatically after you run perl Makefile.PL via 'make dist', which would have created ML-SVM-0.tar.gz (you should also version your releases if you plan on putting them out for the public).

Still seems to be the case two years on. Is this module still actively supported?
