I just discovered that my smokers did not test MARC::Charset because
there was a dependency on GDBM_File. My smokers did not have libgdbm
installed. I've fixed that now and in the future smoking will commence
for new perls.
I just want to tell this story so you know that GDBM_File is not
necessarily a given. That's why the core has AnyDBM_File. Maybe this
would work for you. Please also note that GDBM_File has no separate
distribution on CPAN.
