Clicking a L<http://...> URL link in Prima::HelpViewer prints
sh: 1: netscape: not found
And doesn't display the link target.
It'd be good if it tried some other likely candidates for a web browser.
On Debian the "sensible-browser" program looks at several places, such
as the $BROWSER environment variable, some gnome, and the Debian
"alternatives" scheme.
There's a perl Browser::Open module to divine a browser according to the
system. I had trouble telling if its command ought to be run by a fork
or synchronously. From a GUI perhaps fork always.
