Subject: "Foo::SUPER"->method is likely to break

Thanks for the heads up. A fix is pushed to our git repo (https://github.com/genome/UR) and will be included in the next release.

UR 0.40 was uploaded to CPAN this morning, and includes this fix. Resolving the ticket.
