Subject: WiX3 installation failure

Additional information. I installed strawberry-perl-5.16.2.1-64bit.msi and than also tried strawberry-perl-5.14.2.1-64bit.msi. I tried to install Wix3_x64.msi and also Wix3.msi. The failure looks not exactly the same, but in all these cases I failed to install Perl::Dist::WiX See attached log file. Originally it was much, much longer, but the very last execution took place when all mandatory and recommended packages have been installed.
