Can you please consider making SSH::Batch::ForNodes it's own distribution? It would really help
in situations where the distribution cannot be installed. For e.g., this distribution cannot be
installed on Windows since `Net::OpenSSH` and some `Term::*` modules do not work.
However, it is beneficial to have the `fornodesrc` available an parsed on all platforms.
