Subject: `Build install` instead of `make install`
When I build Alien::ROOT, I end up with a suggestion to run `make`, although I really need to use ./Build: ./Build Building Alien-ROOT =========================================================== = === ROOT BUILD SUCCESSFUL. === === Run 'make install' now. === =========================================================== =

That's fair enough and valid, but hard to fix since it's coming from the build system of the ROOT library itself. I'd have to capture and munge its output or something drastic such as that. Not a very good idea, I'm afraid. --Steffen

Ah, I see what's happening now. I have similar things in the test of App::Cpan, so before that part starts, I output a message saying "You're going to see some output, ignore it until I say otherwise". But no big whoop. Close or reject this report.
