When you visit https://metacpan.org/module/WebService::GData and you
want to report a bug and you click on "Bugs", it takes you to
"http://rt.cpan.org/" instead of the correct
"https://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html?Queue=WebService-GData".
This is probably because the Makefile.PL
(http://api.metacpan.org/source/SHIRIRU/WebService-GData-0.0501/Makefile.PL)
explicitly overrides the default bugtracker with http://rt.cpan.org.
This bug is annoying because it makes viewing/reporting bugs
unnecessarily hard.
