Perhaps this is a moot ticket - it looks like MooseX-DBIC-Scaffold has
been superseded by Mesoderm.

On a tangent - given that current SQLT is very moose-like (Moo is nearly
indistinguishable from Moose these days), it may make sense to port this
project to the current CPAN offering instead.
