Subject: Too many dependencies on too many frameworks
The dependency on Dancer and Moose makes this module completely useless to me. It's unfortunate that you chose to use these for something as low-level as SAML which should be possible using only Perl's native object module.

I agree that there are too many dependencies. I have recently taken on the maintainer role and at this point will not fix as I am focused on a clean new release. If I see any possibilities I will look into it. Happy to review a Pull Request at https://github.com/timlegge/perl-Net-SAML2
