Subject: Improved lazy artwork loading
My customer asked me to improve the features for skipping large artwork. You probably know which customer. Attached patch changes "get artwork on/off" into "get artwork when size below XXX". Regression tests and docs are also patched. See the Changes in the patch. I hope you will include this patch in your release.
