- Two of the examples in the documentation use 'bind_restart' but as far
as I can tell that function doesn't exist.
- The 'restart_case' section contains this sentence: "The body of
restart_case must yield an exception, and will be when the restart case
is invoked." I think there's a verb missing after "will be" ("will be
thrown"?).
