Subject: Link to GeoIP C API in Makefile.PL broken
The Makefile.PL appears to link here twice: http://www.maxmind.com/app/c But that does not get you to anything about the C API and its download. This seems to be the new location: http://www.maxmind.com/download/geoip/api/c/
