Subject: Detecting the link in a refresh tag should be case-insensitive
Some sites use uppercase in their META tags, causing WWW::Mechanize not to recognise the refresh tag as a link. The regular expression used in _extract_links (to look for 'url') should be case insensitive (/i). Thanks,
