Subject: 0.03 comes without Makefile.PL and Build.PL
See subject. Additionally, I see MYMETA* files in the tarball. MYMETA* files should never be bundled; these files are created while configuring the distribution on the user's system. Regards, Slaven

Thanks, novice mistakes on my part. No idea what MYMETA files do -- their generation is pretty new. I use module-starter to initialize my distro. I've always wondered why it couldn't generate a decent boilerplate MAKEFILE.SKIP and .gitignore. But by any means, thanks for the bug report and it's fixed in 0.05 which has already been uploaded pause.
