This distribution lacks META.yml file. This file contains information that allows CPAN tools to be more effective (ex: http://search.cpan.org, http://deps.cpantesters.org/). This should be fixed as of 0.02, which should appear on /(?:meta)?cpan/i soon. https://metacpan.org/release/Algorithm-DependencySolver Note that I switched us over to Dist::Zilla and as such got a bunch more features than just having a reasonable META.yml file.
