Bug #82165 for Clone-Fast: License is same as Perl or Artistic 2.0?

Hi I was going to update the Debian package to upstream version 0.97 and noticed the following change: Readme.md still states: ----cut---------cut---------cut---------cut---------cut---------cut----- COPYRIGHT AND LICENCE Put the correct copyright and licence information here. Copyright (C) 2006 by Trevor Hall This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself, either Perl version 5.8.5 or, at your option, any later version of Perl 5 you may have available. ----cut---------cut---------cut---------cut---------cut---------cut----- But there was a change in the Clone::Fast module: https://metacpan.org/diff/file/?target=WAZZUTEKE/Clone-Fast-0.97/lib/Clone/Fast.pm&source=WAZZUTEKE/Clone-Fast-0.96.1/lib/Clone/Fast.pm so the change from 'same as Perl (i.e. Artistic or GPL) to Artistic 2.0.
