Subject: tests hang on Windows
Tests repeatedly hang on Strawberry 5.8.9, 5.12.4, 5.14.2 and do not hang on 5.14.0, 5.16.0 and 5.16.1. Results are repeatable. I can provide more verbose information if necessary. -- Alexandr Ciornii, http://chorny.net
