Subject: poor choice of module name
this is a very unperlish name for a module. and some of the method names are camel cased, which is unperlish. this would be better placed under Lngua::Translate::Bing. and try to copy the api from the other Lingua::Translate:: modules.

Thanks for you attention! I deleted and moved this module. New location this module is Lingua::Translate::Bing.
