Subject: Minimal fixes of buildstuffs
Consider applying the following two patches: https://github.com/ribasushi/perl-dbd-firebird/compare/fix_build Also your current offering on CPAN (1.11) is somehow missing its meta files (META.yml and META.json). I verified that locally a `make dist` does produce a healthy tarball, not sure what went wrong on your end. In any case a re-ship will fix this.
