Subject: Fails with Can't locate DateTime/TimeZone/Catalog.pm
It seems that if 1.54 is already installed, all tests pass because DT:TZ:Catalog is taken from the previous installation. But if the perl is fresh, then most of the tests fail with Can't locate DateTime/TimeZone/Catalog.pm Let me know if you need more infos.
