Subject: tests hang on Windows
Tests of your module hang on Windows. Hanging tests make cpantesters smokers work incorrectly. I can provide more verbose information if necessary. Sorry for reporting in such manner, I didn't look at the author name :). As many author do not answer, I developed standard template for reporting hanging tests. -- Alexandr Ciornii, http://chorny.net

Thanks, I have added the assertion. The problem is with locking. There are a number of obvious bugs in the locking code that should be fixed. Instead, though, I marked the whole thing deprecated. Really, this library was a bad idea. I'd fix it, otherwise. :) -- rjbs
