Subject: The build fails for non Windows installations

The build fails on non-Windows installations. This unfortunate. I can't think of any specific dependency that would cause this to occur. However, the distribution exists to facilitate working with MS Visual Studio and SQL Server unit tests, so it is unlikely to affect any of the target 'market'.

Case sensitive typo in Representation::XLS. Should have fixed the build problems for non-Windows users.
