Subject: Put 'USA' in the abstract
How about changing the abstract from: A simple way to get current weather data from the NWS To the following: get current weather data for the USA from the NWS To make it clear that this isn't a general service for getting weather data, but just for the USA.

Ah, sorry about the bogus report then. I looked at the NWS website, and it seemed to suggest that it was for the USA only. Should've looked more closely ;-)
