Subject: METAdata: version.pm should be marked as no_index
This distribution pollutes CPAN searches of 'version' because its 'version.pm' seems to be indexed by some CPAN viewers. That's going to be woefully insufficient to fix anything, since the version.pm is what's causing the dist to be correctly indexed by PAUSE, so if we no_index it then everything will be broken. What I think we want to do instead is to set META provides to get ourselves indexed, and then remove the version.pm entirely.

0.75 has been released with saner metadata. The PAUSE email receipt confirms that version.pm is nowhere to be seen and indexing was successful.
