Subject: ExtUtils::CChecker
As you use ExtUtils::CChecker in Makefile.PL, you should add it to CONFIGURE_REQUIRES and it would be installed automatically if user is using cpan or cpanplus client. -- Alexandr Ciornii, http://chorny.net
