Hi Carlos,
we're using your Text::DHCPLeases in our hackerspace [1] in combination with
AnyEvent::FastPing for presence state notifications. Recently, we've noticed
that the binding state of some leases was incorrectly assumed to be "free"
instead of "active", which caused a malfunction in our infrastructure. The
attached patch fixes this behavior.
