Subject: jitfy install failed under perl 5.16.2 in linux platform
I use cpan command to install jifty : cpan install Jifty but It was failed. my OS is 2.6.18-308.el5xen x86_64 GNU/Linux, redhat Linux. Perl Version : 5.16.2 how can i fixed this problem . very thanks for your reply .

You need to provide details of the failure.

We don't have access to your exact environment, and you provided only very basic details the kernel version and Perl version. There are no details of any flags or configuration, and certainly no details about what is actually failing. I'm marking this ticket rejected until failure details are provided. You may want to try installing Jifty from git: https://github.com/bestpractical/jifty Thomas

Jifty::DBI is a prerequisite and it wasn't successfully installed. Make sure Jifty::DBI installs successfully. It's not clear why the "cpan" command even tried to test and install Jifty when it knew Jifty::DBI failed.
