LICENSE file quotes out-dates postal Free Software Foundation address. Current one can be found on <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-1.0.txt>. Please update license text to deliver correct address to your users. Also please note the LICENSE file declares GPLv1, but then it quotes GPLv2 text.

Here's the updated LICENSE file I plan to include in the 0.17 release. Note that "Same terms as Perl" means people can choose the v1 of the GPL if they wish. I've chosen v2 which is why i included that version.
